Led by Chef Jace Burroughs, we bring restaurant-level cooking to your home, cabin or venue: intimate tasting dinners, omakase and sushi platters, banquets for holidays and celebrations, and multi-day retreats in the mountains.

Yūgen is a Japanese idea of quiet, profound beauty, found in the subtle and unseen. We cook with that in mind: thoughtfully sourced ingredients, seasonal and foraged produce, quality imported fish, and every detail handled so you can be present with the people around you.
